The summer is turning out to be hot.
And so are these great products! We fashionistas at Bleisure Living plan to take them along on our warm-weather adventures!
- Packing cubes. I know, enough already! This is probably the millionth time I’ve mentioned them. But they really free up luggage space and keep you organized on the road.
- An Emily Henry romcom. Her books are breezy and fun, like Hallmark movies with sex scenes. They are great beach reads, distractions for delayed flights, and other summer fun times.
- Klassy apparel. Because they don’t require bras, you can save space in your luggage, but…
- Strapless bras can be essential for sundresses or tank tops. These are well-priced and supportive.
- Walking sandals and these comfy beach/pool sandals are versatile and you can even dress them up.
- A super lightweight and reasonably-priced swimsuit. Obviously, if you’re going to a tropical resort, you’ll splurge on some good quality swimwear and cover-ups. But I throw one of these in my bag just in case I wind up at an urban hotel with a rooftop pool. But sometimes the sun just doesn’t shine. I also throw a string bag and a rain poncho on the bottom of my suitcase. You never know….
- Smart sunglasses. You can leave your phone in your room and just capture moments with these.
- An Oliver Thomas bag. They are so roomy and lightweight! (You’ll want more than one!)
- I’m super-allergic to bug bites. But these patches are fun and hardly take up any space. (Just remember to remove them from your clothes before tossing them in the wash.)
- The traveling pants. Karla and I are kind of obsessed with them. Free People just came out with some new colors, too! Every time I wear one of my dresses from this company, strangers stop me on the street and tell me they like it! Yeah, it’s a little creepy, but flattering.
- Glittery eye shadows like this pencil and this cream (I use both at night!) and a funky colored eye liner. After all, it’s summer. Go a little wild!
I’ve also been reading-up on how AI can make packing lists! And soon, my robot butler will pack (and perhaps even carry) my bags for me!
That will make my summer packing even simpler!
