I recently had the honor of going on a hard hat tour of one of Arizona’s new resort/conference properties. (I keep my luggage in “State 48” when I’m not Bleisure Living).
I don’t impress easily, but this property totally wowed me.
The first non-casino Caesars hotel in the United States, the lack of gambling is definitely NOT a deal breaker because the hotel has:
- Amazing suites with kitchens and views of the mountain ranges
- HUGE showers that would make me want to loofah for hours
- Proximity to 4-star dining, including an onsite expansive restaurant from celebrity chef, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Giada DeLaurentiis (who has been actively involved in the restaurant’s layout and vibe)
- More nearby shopping than you could ever imagine. The Fashion Square Mall houses every luxury brand — and even a tailoring shop for your new purchases
- Terrific meeting space PLUS a private pool area for conference-goers
- Party and entertainment options galore. If you’re looking to impress your clients or prospects, you’ll find jaw-dropping venues (which even have faux “constellations” on the ceilings.)
- An informal bar area with gourmet food options — so you can watch the big game while filling your stomach. The Caesars team also expects co-workers to hang out in the lobby.
The branding involves a wink to Ancient Rome. La Lupa (the she-wolf of mythology) pops up around the space. (See pix below.)
If you’re planning a company retreat, wedding (or other family gathering), conference, or other trip involving work and play, this is a unique option!
The opening is currently scheduled for spring 2024, and you can be sure that I’ll be packing my laptop (and a bikini) and saying, “Hail Caesars!”
