Karla Guadron

My passion for travel stems from a deep curiosity about people and culture! I grew up in New York at the intersection of Salvadoran and American culture, learned English and Spanish at the same time, and spent summer vacations visiting El Salvador.

I’ve been to 24 countries, spanning four continents (N. America, Asia, Africa, Europe) and two regions (Central America, Middle East). When it comes to travel, I’m just as excited about the budget-friendly charm of hostels, backpacking, and $1 USD dishes from local street food vendors as I am about five-star resorts and exquisite restaurants, where the food is a work of art.

Aptly, I majored in Psychology and Cultural Studies at Villanova University. My career path has been as diverse and colorful as my wanderlust driven explorations! I assisted immigrants from all over the world at a nonprofit immigration law firm, taught high schoolers algebra in the Bronx, spent a year in Thailand as a U.S Fulbright Scholar, and attended a coding school accelerator to become a software engineer in big tech.

Today, I code, write, travel, and share my love of fashion through content creation and styling!
