After two weeks of traveling on commercial airlines, I was ready to buy an airstream camper and drive to all my meetings, conferences, and family events.
Between delays, cancellations, airline clubs that felt like prison holding cells, rude service people, and security lines, I was burned-out.
And then I discovered JSX.
Everyone (including me) can feel like a celebrity for about an hour – without breaking the bank. The waiting area is amazing, the staff is warm and cheery, and you can get to the boarding area within 30 minutes of leaving – perhaps even closer to flight time, but I’m a tad neurotic that way.
JSX serves free snacks on board and the seats are super-comfy. I could rack up some JetBlue mileage too. Alas, no wi-fi. You can’t have everything.
Flight routes are limited right now, but expansion plans are supposedly in the works.
Arriving at my destination relaxed and un-rumpled is a whole new experience for me. I could get VERY used to this. I might have to buy a special flying outfit to go along with the rock star treatment.
