unger can lead to a pissy mood.Airport food can be expensive and filled with carbs, sugar, salt, and definitely never enough protein (Plus, do you REALLY know how long it’s been sitting around?)
When you’re packing, throw a few of these in your carry-on and save yourself fromthe hangries. I like to pack snacks in my carry-on, my purse and my suitcase – always armed for any layover, delay, or luggage loss. Most flavors are under 200 calories and the manufacturers are so honest they feature their ingredients on the front of their packaging. Usually around 12 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber – great go-to option!
